I have never had the need to be represented until now. I had found out I was upside down in my Condo, I was being waffled back and forth by the bank while trying to short sale my home. No one ever thinks that one day they will have to file. It's a very hard pill to swallow, filled with shame, embarrassment, extreme stress and anxiety.
