Attorney Linh Tran- Layton- I am very grateful to her for taking both my cases. I had previously met with other attorneys who told me my case would get denied. Linh, gave me hope. She was able to get my case approved. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was always confident in her ability. I felt she was able to understand my case since she is a women herself. I totally recommend her and she will always help you find a way to solve your case. I am very happy with her work. She is a great professional.

Never thinking myself someone who would need legal help, I went to see Linh completely ignorant of where to even begin. She answered all of my questions patiently and without judgment. She made the process painless and stayed with me throughout. If ever I need anything law related in the future, I won't see anyone else.

I like my lawyer Linh, who’s very friendly and knowledgeable. She was fast answering all my questions and was there for our interview. The reason I didn’t give 5 star is because I don’t feel her assistant or the receptionists are professional and really care about my case. I never received any reminders regarding renewal of the work permit or the medical exam until I asked my lawyer. My green card was arrived to their office and stayed there for a whole week but I wasn’t contacted. The receptionist claimed that she called and left a voice message but I didn’t see any. She also said she received it later last week but the usps tracking website clearly shows that the card was received on Monday morning. It is not a huge deal but I definitely think there are things that they can improve.

Our experiences has been nothing but crucial to all our legal endevors. We depend on expertise to help us through any legal situation that may arise.

Our case took a few twists and turns, but their staff were there to assist us all the way through. While the experience itself was not pleasant, we feel we were well served by having Green Immigration as our legal representative throughout.
