Our case took a few twists and turns, but their staff were there to assist us all the way through. While the experience itself was not pleasant, we feel we were well served by having Green Immigration as our legal representative throughout.

On September of 2014, I decided to look around for different immigration offices in Utah since I had just moved from Los Angeles, California. During the arduous process of immigration, Linh was there for me and my husband. We began the process of immigration in February of 2016; however, I began my discussions with Linh almost 2 years before that. I had many questions and concerns. I was a visa overstay and I was weighing the odds between leaving everything as the status quo or bringing my status up-to-date. Events towards the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 pushed me to deciding to pursue the marriage based green card option. On August 30th I had my interview for the green card marriage based and was approved and 10 days later I received the green card in the mail.
