I like my lawyer Linh, who’s very friendly and knowledgeable. She was fast answering all my questions and was there for our interview. The reason I didn’t give 5 star is because I don’t feel her assistant or the receptionists are professional and really care about my case. I never received any reminders regarding renewal of the work permit or the medical exam until I asked my lawyer. My green card was arrived to their office and stayed there for a whole week but I wasn’t contacted. The receptionist claimed that she called and left a voice message but I didn’t see any. She also said she received it later last week but the usps tracking website clearly shows that the card was received on Monday morning. It is not a huge deal but I definitely think there are things that they can improve.

I am very happy for all the information I got, especially getting to know attorney Linh. She helped me a lot, especially in hard times. Whenever I called I would always get my questions answered. If anything happened in my case, I always got a call from the office to let me know what was going on. I absolutely recommend Linh and she is the best attorney I have ever known.
