From start to finish, Linh is professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. Could not hold anyone in higher regard or speak more highly of a business. - Hal Armstrong came highly recommended for the case I am pursuing primarily for theft and conversion of intellectual property. I was pleasantly surprised that his business law knowledge encompassed the high tech end of things related to contract law, intellectual property - with some complicated issues. He has pursued my case diligently with lots of appropriate research and strategies that will ultimately hopefully win my case. I have some background in law myself so am not always happy with attorneys. Hal has been a pleasant surprise. I would recommend him highly for about any area of the law he may choose to prosecute or defend.

If there are 100 stars, I would give them all the stars. Linh and her team provide a phenomenal service. They have been there for me and my wife through the thick and thin. It has been 6 years for my journey and they never fail me. Even though I don’t live in Utah, they made it very easy for me to work it out. Was there to help us along the way; even though we dragged out the chapter 7 case further then it should have taken for lack of funds, in my opinion. Several things could have sped it up. Helped with questions and continued to process the case a quickly as possible. I personally would recommend to anyone that I know be in need of an extremely good lawyer to handle his or her case.

I like my lawyer Linh, who’s very friendly and knowledgeable. She was fast answering all my questions and was there for our interview. The reason I didn’t give 5 star is because I don’t feel her assistant or the receptionists are professional and really care about my case. I never received any reminders regarding renewal of the work permit or the medical exam until I asked my lawyer. My green card was arrived to their office and stayed there for a whole week but I wasn’t contacted. The receptionist claimed that she called and left a voice message but I didn’t see any. She also said she received it later last week but the usps tracking website clearly shows that the card was received on Monday morning. It is not a huge deal but I definitely think there are things that they can improve.

At first filing had me nervous and scared. Jenifer Ha made the whole experience simple and smooth. She was on the ball with every situation and her staff, hands down are the best. Green Immigration thank you so much for your professionalism. I would certainly recommend you to anyone looking to file a chapter 7 or chapter 13.
