No one ever thinks that one day they will have to file. It's a very hard pill to swallow, filled with shame, embarrassment, extreme stress and anxiety. I tried so hard to deal with all the debt collectors and pay all my debts on my own but was unsuccessful. They're harassment was never ending and extremely underhanded. I let this go on for years because I was scared that I would lose everything, which was hardly anything to begin with. I like my lawyer Linh, who’s very friendly and knowledgeable. She was fast answering all my questions and was there for our interview. The reason I didn’t give 5 star is because I don’t feel her assistant or the receptionists are professional and really care about my case. I never received any reminders regarding renewal of the work permit or the medical exam until I asked my lawyer. My green card was arrived to their office and stayed there for a whole week but I wasn’t contacted. The receptionist claimed that she called and left a voice message but I didn’t see any. She also said she received it later last week but the usps tracking website clearly shows that the card was received on Monday morning. It is not a huge deal but I definitely think there are things that they can improve.
