My experience with during my immigration process as far as I’m concerned was remarkable! I was amazed at how they constantly kept me updated and always reassuring me of the positive outcome each step of the way. No one ever thinks that one day they will have to file. It's a very hard pill to swallow, filled with shame, embarrassment, extreme stress and anxiety.
