I have never had the need to be represented until now. I had found out I was upside down in my Condo, I was being waffled back and forth by the bank while trying to short sale my home. During the arduous process of immigration, Linh was there for me and my husband. We began the process of immigration in February of 2016; however, I began my discussions with Linh almost 2 years before that. I had many questions and concerns. I would set up meetings with very little notice and again, she was always professional, knowledgeable, and quite smart. I cannot speak highly enough of the calming influence of Linh and her firm. They all understand the immense pressure and stress under which you are suffering and they are there to alleviate as much of that stress as they can. Linh was able to answer all of my questions. She would research odd situations that were part of my case for immigration and come back to me with compelling answers and the correct way to proceed. I cannot underestimate my level of stress during the months of April-August. My stress prevented me from sleeping, but Linh helped by providing a reassuring and calm demeanor in the face of everything me and my husband were facing. On August 30th I had my interview for the green card marriage based and was approved and 10 days later I received the green card in the mail. I owe the success of this case to Linh and her firm, without them, I would have floundered. An attorney is absolutely necessary with immigration cases. There are too many obstacles and pitfalls one must tackle and doing so alone could spell disaster for your case. Do not tackle it on your own.
