I was scared, nervous and embarrassed to file. On September of 2014, I decided to look around for different immigration offices in Utah since I had just moved from Los Angeles, California. I am very picky person and I tend to research more then a typical person would. After all I have always been advice to be careful specially with immigration issues due to scams. I like my lawyer Linh, who’s very friendly and knowledgeable. She was fast answering all my questions and was there for our interview. The reason I didn’t give 5 star is because I don’t feel her assistant or the receptionists are professional and really care about my case. I never received any reminders regarding renewal of the work permit or the medical exam until I asked my lawyer. My green card was arrived to their office and stayed there for a whole week but I wasn’t contacted. The receptionist claimed that she called and left a voice message but I didn’t see any. She also said she received it later last week but the usps tracking website clearly shows that the card was received on Monday morning. It is not a huge deal but I definitely think there are things that they can improve.
