I like my lawyer Linh, who’s very friendly and knowledgeable. She was fast answering all my questions and was there for our interview. The reason I didn’t give 5 star is because I don’t feel her assistant or the receptionists are professional and really care about my case. I never received any reminders regarding renewal of the work permit or the medical exam until I asked my lawyer. My green card was arrived to their office and stayed there for a whole week but I wasn’t contacted. The receptionist claimed that she called and left a voice message but I didn’t see any. She also said she received it later last week but the usps tracking website clearly shows that the card was received on Monday morning. It is not a huge deal but I definitely think there are things that they can improve.

If there are 100 stars, I would give them all the stars. Linh and her team provide a phenomenal service. They have been there for me and my wife through the thick and thin. It has been 6 years for my journey and they never fail me. Even though I don’t live in Utah, they made it very easy for me to work it out. I highly recommend this law group especially Linh Tran-Layton. She is the best.
