During the arduous process of immigration, Linh was there for me and my husband. We began the process of immigration in February of 2016; however, I began my discussions with Linh almost 2 years before that. I had many questions and concerns. I was a visa overstay and I was weighing the odds between leaving everything as the status quo or bringing my status up-to-date. Events towards the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 pushed me to deciding to pursue the marriage based green card option. I had been living with my partner for 6 years by January of 2016 and we were engaged. We married in February and thus began, in earnest, the process. Linh, at all times was professional, I would call with concerns and she would take the call at a moments notice and help to alleviate stress. I would set up meetings with very little notice and again, she was always professional, knowledgeable, and quite smart. I cannot speak highly enough of the calming influence of Linh and her firm. On August 30th I had my interview for the green card marriage based and was approved and 10 days later I received the green card in the mail.
