I have never had the need to be represented until now. I had found out I was upside down in my Condo, I was being waffled back and forth by the bank while trying to short sale my home. I like my lawyer Linh, who’s very friendly and knowledgeable. She was fast answering all my questions and was there for our interview. The reason I didn’t give 5 star is because I don’t feel her assistant or the receptionists are professional and really care about my case. I never received any reminders regarding renewal of the work permit or the medical exam until I asked my lawyer. My green card was arrived to their office and stayed there for a whole week but I wasn’t contacted. The receptionist claimed that she called and left a voice message but I didn’t see any. She also said she received it later last week but the usps tracking website clearly shows that the card was received on Monday morning. It is not a huge deal but I definitely think there are things that they can improve.

Never thinking myself someone who would need legal help, I went to see Linh completely ignorant of where to even begin. She answered all of my questions patiently and without judgment. She made the process painless and stayed with me throughout. If ever I need anything law related in the future, I won't see anyone else.
